Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with fixed staff?

Yes. Every building is assigned a fixed team and a named supervisor. If someone is absent, we provide a replacement who already knows the site.

How is pricing determined?

On the basis of a site visit and a survey. You receive a specification with a clear scope of work and a fixed monthly price.

Can you work outside office hours?

Certainly. Evening, night and weekend scheduling are all possible, matched to how the building operates.

How do you handle keys and access?

Under a written key procedure, with numbered issue and a record of every handover.

Are you insured?

We hold public liability insurance and work in full compliance with Belgian social legislation.

What happens if something is not right?

You report it to your named contact. We acknowledge it within the working day and update you as soon as it is resolved.

Ready for a better standard?

A site visit usually takes half an hour and commits you to nothing. You then receive a clear proposal, matched to your building.
